Fun amenities such as a karaoke machine.
During my stay, I encountered numerous issues. The reception staff struggled with English, making communication incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the hotel had a distinct cigarette smell that lingered in the lobby and hallways, which was unpleasant. The thin pillows were particularly uncomfortable, and I found the overall cleanliness to be questionable.

The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious, really comfy, and had an amazing walk-in shower. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna right in our room! It felt like pure luxury after a long day exploring Tokyo. The staff were super responsive too, fixing our TV issue with a smile. We didn't even use the karaoke, but just having it there was a fun touch!

The massive shower in the spacious bathroom felt like a luxury experience, and the welcome pack with local info made settling in easy. Enjoying the karaoke machine was a highlight, and having drinks in the accessible mini-bar was convenient. However, the ambiance could use some improvement, as it felt a bit lacking during the day. The soundproofing wasn't optimal, so noise could be an issue when the hotel was busy.

It was perfect for a fun night, especially after exploring nearby attractions in the bustling entertainment district. The deluxe queen room provided all the comforts for our family of four as we settled in after our day out.
In my wife’s opinion, a few more family-friendly activities would be great.
